Access to the club is
shared with the Elmwood Bowling Club. The

Oak-lined English Village Green, used for
club cricket in the summer months, and soccer
in the winter.
To the north-east, the
club car park borders with Heaton Intermediate
and neighbouring St Andrews private school.
Elmwood tennis club has
nine courts available - six to the north of

Club Mark Award
Elmwood Tennis Club has
qualified
for the Sport
Canterbury “Club Mark’
Award.
This was presented to
the club on Tuesday 21 June 2005. Among other
things, this means we are a smoke-free and
drug-free club, with procedures in place for
reporting of accidents and maintenance work
and contacts for emergency services.
